To follow-up or tracking a ticket processing  

• you can open the ticket detail and access the "Processing Ticket" to view the followup discussions., at Home Page of  ITService:

• From the list, click title to enter the detail info of the ticket

Direct access ticket detail from mail notification: 

• When the ticket was update or input followup info., you will receive a mail notification, example as following graph.  
• You can access from the mail notification's URL link,   Example below:

Processing the ticket's followup:

• In the detail of ticket, you can click "Processing ticket" to followup, as graph below:

Adding followup info.

• The processing/follow-up page illustrated as graph below:
