  1. 1. To follow-up a ticket, you can open the ticket detail and access the "Processing Ticket" to view the followup discussions., at Home Page of  ITService:

  2. You may also can access from the mail notification's URL link, when the ticket was update or input followup info.  Example as follow graph.

  3. In the detail of ticket, you can click "Processing ticket" to followup, as graph below:
