========================= below the English version ================= - 1. To follow-up a ticket, you can open the ticket detail and access the "Processing Ticket" to view the followup discussions., at Home Page of ITService:
- You may also can access from the mail notification's URL link, when the ticket was update or input followup info. Example as follow graph.
- In the detail of ticket, you can click "Processing ticket" to followup, as graph below:
- The processing/follow-up page illustrated as graph below:
- Adding followup contents:
- Checking the histories
- For time statistics logs
- All the followup discussion/info. will notified the requester, technician, and watcher.
